Home

Home is a digital piece that layers archival video from three different time periods of my life as the backdrop for an original song that my wife and I wrote specifically for this piece. The layers of video include footage from Hong Kong, Arizona, and New Mexico. The process of living in multiple locations has allowed me to reflect on the notion of home and the loss of connection to it. This sense of loss of connection to home serves as one of the piece’s primary themes.
